1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Quality Surveyor to manage procurement coordination, estimation, cost projections and site supervision for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) projects. The candidate must be willing to travel to various project sites as required and coordinate closely with the Procurement Manager and Director – Unique MRO to ensure efficient project execution, cost control and timely delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Material Management

- Coordinate the procurement of civil construction materials, tools, equipment and services required for MRO projects.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare material requisitions, compare quotations and support vendor negotiations.
- Monitor material availability, delivery schedules, quality and consumption at project sites.
- Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project budgets and timelines.

Estimation and Cost Projection

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quantity calculations and project cost projections.
- Conduct rate analysis and assist in evaluating additional work and variations.
- Track project expenditure against approved estimates and budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimise material wastage and unnecessary expenditure.
- Verify measurements, quantities executed and supporting documents for billing.

Site inspection

- Inspection of civil maintenance, repair and related MRO activities at industrial project sites.
- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, material utilisation and project timelines.




- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, vendors and client representatives.
- Identify execution challenges and escalate delays, cost overruns and technical issues to the reporting managers.

Quality, Safety and Documentation

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with applicable site safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Maintain measurement sheets, inspection records, procurement documents and daily progress reports.
- Submit regular updates on project progress, procurement status, cost variations and pending activities.

Travel and Coordination

- Be willing to travel to different job locations as required for site inspections, procurement coordination and project supervision.
- Visit vendors, suppliers and project sites to assess requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate regularly with the Procurement Manager and Director – Unique MRO on priorities, progress and critical decisions.

3. Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

4. Experience and Skills





- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in MRO, industrial maintenance, civil construction or related projects.
- Robust knowledge of procurement, estimation, cost projection and site supervision.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, vendor coordination and material management.
- Ability to interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong negotiation, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely procurement and availability of required materials.
- Accuracy of estimates, BOQs and cost projections.
- Effective cost control and reduction of material wastage.
- Timely execution and completion of assigned MRO activities.
- Accuracy of site measurements and billing verification.
- Quality compliance and closure of site observations.
- Timely reporting and coordination with the Procurement Manager and Director – Unique MRO.

6. Compensation and Joining

- Monthly Salary: ₹45000- ₹50,000 per month
- Expected Date of Joining: 2nd November 2026
- Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Reporting Structure: P&L; head Unique MRO.
