- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integrated systems.
- Familiarity with system integration and automation techniques to optimize operational workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
