GAMOSA is looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented Store Executive to join our team at Rang Mahal, North Guwahati.
We are looking for someone who can manage daily store activities, interact with customers, handle customization orders, and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and attend to their enquiries.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and customization options.
- Manage customer orders and coordinate from enquiry to delivery.
- Handle custom printing and personalization work.
- Operate printing and customization machines after training.
- Assist clients with product selection and customized requirements.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory.
- Handle billing, order records, and daily sales updates.
- Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.
- Support all day-to-day store-related activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in sales, printing, gifting, and creative products.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
