Overall warehouse management responsible.

All activities in warehouse area right from in-warding the material, storage to maintain the condition, issue of material to production, maintain best practices in warehouse operation. 5S of warehouse area etc.

1. Direct, optimize and coordinate complete Warehouse operation.

2. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery requirements, packaging condition.

3. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.

4. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

5. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

6. Meet expected production requirement and timeliness targets.

7. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

8. Basic knowledge in Export and Import documentation

Comply with all laws, regulations

10. Comply with ISO requirements

11. Monitoring that the stock inward and outward process is proper

12. Conduct stock audits on a monthly basis and take necessary actions if find any deviation.

13. Responsible for the Security and accountability of stock.

14. Be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected shipping dates and maintaining an

accurate inventory.

15. Assess and recommend an ideal mode of transportation which is effective on the basis of

time, cost and other affecting factors.

16. Coordination to streamline the end-to-end operations without any deviation.

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a Warehouse / Stores In-charge

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

Able to manage time effectively

Positive verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and ERP / inventory management software

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Good educational background
