Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations and inventory.

2. Handle material inward and outward activities.

3. Maintain stock registers and inventory records.

4. Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.

5. Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Accounts Departments.

6. Manage dispatch planning and delivery schedules.

7. Prepare invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.

8. Monitor stock levels and maintain proper material storage.

9.



Handle ERP / SAP entries and Excel reports.

10. Ensure timely and accurate material dispatch.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.

- Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of GRN, inward and outward processes.

- Dispatch documentation and logistics coordination.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having 01 to 05 years of experience in Store / Dispatch / Warehouse operations.

Experience in Cable / Wire Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
