Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely completion of servicing and maintenance activities for all assigned elevator units.
- Attend to customer complaints and service requests promptly and ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate with customers to address service-related issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit BDR and Mantrap reports as per company requirements.
- Ensure proper execution and completion of assigned service activities.




- Follow service quality standards and safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- ITI or Diploma qualification in a relevant technical trade.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator/lift maintenance and servicing.
- Valuable technical knowledge of elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
