Job Summary

Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Senior IT Recruiters with robust expertise in Domestic IT Recruitment, particularly in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. Candidates must have hands-on experience in client handling, client POC coordination, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Handle client communications and coordinate with client POCs regarding requirements, profile submissions, interview feedback, and hiring updates.
- Understand client-specific recruitment processes, expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Ensure quality candidate submissions and conduct duplicate profile checks.
- Upload candidate profiles to client portals and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with candidates until joining.




- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely closures and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in C2H hiring is preferred.
- Mandatory experience in client handling and client POC coordination.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and hiring requirements.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with client-specific recruitment processes, profile submissions, and candidate portal uploads.
- Experience handling requirements for large clients is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. (Computers)
- BCA / MCA
- B.Tech / BE
- MBA (HR)

Additional Requirements

- Must have a personal laptop or desktop and a reliable internet connection.
- Maximum acceptable employment gap: 6 months.
- Candidates must mention their client-handling experience, client names, technologies recruited for, and C2H hiring experience in their CV.
