Job Role :-
- Counsel couples regarding infertility issues and available fertility treatments.
- Explain IVF, IUI, ICSI and other ART procedures to patients.
- Guide patients about the complete IVF treatment journey, including consultation, investigations, procedures and follow-ups.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, estimated costs and payment options.
- Build trust and maintain solid relationships with patients and their families.
- Coordinate patient appointments with IVF consultants, doctors and embryologists.
- Follow up with prospective patients and support treatment continuity.
- Maintain patient counselling records and follow-up databases.
- Handle patient queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the IVF team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
