About the Role: We are looking for a native German speaker to train, mentor, and upskill our existing team members to improve their German language proficiency.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct training sessions to improve the team's spoken and written German.
- Mentor and guide employees to help them reach business-level fluency.
- Evaluate language skills and provide helpful feedback.
What We Are Looking For:
- Native German Speaker (Mandatory).
- 2+ years of qualified experience (prior experience in language training or teaching is a big plus).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Important: Candidates based in India must have a valid OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card.
