Roles and Responsibility

- Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts for corporate office spaces, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.
- Handle interior design projects from concept development to final execution and project completion.
- Understand client requirements, conduct design discussions, and prepare design briefs in consultation with clients.
- Prepare mood boards, furniture layouts, design presentations, and detailed design development drawings.
- Review architectural and interior drawings and coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) with detailed specifications based on design, site, and client requirements.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering technical specifications, functionality, quality, and budget.




- Coordinate with 3D designers to develop realistic visual presentations for clients.
- Prepare and communicate detailed design documentation to design and construction teams for accurate execution.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, project management, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining quality standards and agreed project budgets.

Requirements

- Bachelors in Architect
- Must have creative interior skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms excel, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator or other design programs.
