Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage paid campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Create and optimize landing pages for better lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging marketing creatives and ad copies.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Practical experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in the EdTech or training industry.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
