Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise staff performance, provide guidance on customer service excellence, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality products by monitoring quality control measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in QSR or F&B; industry with at least 2 years as an Outlet Manager.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution (preferably in Computers).
- Proven track record of excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local language an added advantage.
