Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and manage sales across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce, etc.) and the D2C website.
- Handle account management directly for selected marketplaces: listings, pricing, inventory, orders and account health.
- Coordinate with external agencies managing other marketplaces, and track their performance against targets.
- Monitor promotions, deals and ad campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with hands-on marketplace account management experience.
- Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and marketplace ads.
- Positive at Excel and reporting.
- Good communication skills; can manage multiple channels independently.
- Freshers, if we see fit, will also be hired.
