Key Responsibilities

1. *Business Development & Sales Conversion*

Identify and visit active and critical construction sites to generate new business opportunities

Demonstrate product benefits, applications, and technical superiority to customers

Influence stakeholders to drive preference for company products

Convert potential leads into actual sales through effective engagement

2. *Customer Service & Technical Support*

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Individual Home Builders (IHBs)

Conduct in office training programs for masons, contractors, and stakeholders

Issue technical reports and test certificates as required

Ensure quick resolution of customer complaints and technical queries

3. *Market Development & Intelligence*

Track competitor activity including pricing, product offerings,



and strategies

Gather and analyze market trends and customer insights

Share actionable inputs with internal teams

Identify new growth opportunities within assigned territories

4. *Influencer Engagement & Brand Building*

Organize and manage meetings for masons, contractors, engineers, and channel partners

Promote value-added products, services, and loyalty programs

Strengthen brand positioning through technical credibility

5. *Collaboration & Activation*

Collaborate with District Officers and Territory Sales Managers for execution of initiatives

Implement on-ground promotional campaigns and activations

Ensure adherence to company pricing strategy and priorities

6. *Team Development & Management*

Build a positive and high-performance work environment
