Availability: 100% comfortable working fixed night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:30 AM IST) in office from our Bengaluru office.

Tech Aptitude: Familiarity with social media, job boards, and LinkedIn (Prior recruitment experience is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

- Sourcing Screening: Identify potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and referrals; conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and role fit.
- Coordination Operations: Schedule interviews,



align schedules between candidates and US clients, and manage ongoing recruitment delivery.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate trackers, update ATS/recruitment databases, and record key candidate interaction details.
- Industry Learning: Master US recruitment regulations, market trends, compliance, and time-zone-specific hiring strategies under senior mentorship.
