We are seeking an AI architect and developer who will shape our company's direction and engineer the core intelligence of our platform. You will thrive on the freedom to explore new AI technologies, rapidly prototyping autonomous systems that learn, reason, and act at scale. Partnering with visionary product leaders, UX innovators, and world-class engineers, you'll create adaptive, human-like experiences that anticipate users' needs and refine themselves over time.

Beyond building prototypes, you will develop and deploy these AI-driven solutions into production-assembling a core AI team and an AI/ML Ops team that sets the standard for our entire organization.

- Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions into production, assembling a core AI team and an AI/ML Ops team that sets the standard for the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for an AI architect and developer with 3+ years of experience, who has:

- A track record of building AI agents using LLM/SLM and RAG
- Experience in incorporating task decomposition and action planning in Agents (Chain-of-Thoughts, ReAct)
- Mastery of cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others
- Understanding of concepts - supervised / unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, NLP - and how to apply them to real-world problems
- A keen understanding of data and application security in an AI context
- Expertise in model selection, training, fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, and testing to ensure reliability and performance at scale
- A collaborative spirit when it comes to working with Data Engineers, partnering closely to shape high-quality training and analysis datasets
- Experience in deploying and managing AI/ML operations is a solid plus
