Role & responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to pharmacy orders.

Coordinate with customers for order placement and processing.

Assist customers with order-related queries.

Manage order details and update information in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any relevant Pharmacy degree.

Valuable verbal communication skills.

Basic computer and technical knowledge.

Familiarity with MS Excel and order management systems is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and customer-handling skills.
