Responsibilities

- Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Coordinate offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT hiring processes
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Premium hiring and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously




- Experience in screening technical profiles across different technologies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred

Good to Have

- Experience hiring for developers, designers, QA, digital marketing, and project management roles
- Knowledge of employer branding and social hiring
- Experience in startup or IT service-based company hiring
