Experience: On-paper Team Lead experience mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer support associates.
- Drive team performance on KPIs such as AHT, SLA, CSAT, and Productivity.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor daily operations and maintain service quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Support employee engagement, coaching, and attrition management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an on-paper Team Lead in a BPO/Customer Support environment.
- Robust people management and communication skills.
- Experience managing performance metrics and team targets.
