- Provide guidance and support to Resource Planning Associates across 2 business areas and being accountable for accuracy for all data provided.
- Mentoring Associate resource planning in Bengaluru and wider resourcing team as required.
- Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes.
- Improves and Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
- Responsible for completing tasks within agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Solves problems by analysing solution alternatives.
