Develop and manage electrical BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD
- Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families
- Produce accurate electrical drawings and coordination models
- Maintain version control, run quality checks, and keep documentation accurate
- Resolve BIM issues and work with stakeholders to meet delivery goals
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
- Mentor junior members and support productivity improvements
Must-Have Skills
- Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical modeling
- Advanced parametric family creation and BIM documentation
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and BIM standards
- Experience developing and enforcing BIM.
