Role & responsibilities

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all tinting machine-related operations across the organization, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory management, machine deployment, service coordination, relocation, refurbishment, and AMC management to support uninterrupted dealer operations.
- Assess machine requirements based on requests received from Regional Sales Teams.
- Track machine inventory available at each depot
- Review stock ageing and utilization status periodically.
- Receive machine booking requests from the Sales Team along with dealer details.
- Collect machine delivery acknowledgement and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) from the respective Depot/EA after successful machine delivery
- Act as the central contact for all tinting machine service complaints received from Sales Teams and dealers.
- Coordinate refurbishment activities with the machine vendor whenever required.
- Monitor AMC validity for all installed tinting machines.

Candidate who is positive in data management (excel, SAP)and coordination job can apply. Can be from any industry
