Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Generalist with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition (70%) and
HR Generalist activities (30%). The candidate will primarily manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and
non-technical positions, along with training coordination, HR operations and statutory compliance activities.
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment 70%

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads.

Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, social media and employee referrals.

Handle recruitment for engineering, construction, project management and support functions.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.

Manage interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer rollouts and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy status, recruitment trackers and time-to-hire (TAT).

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
2. HR Generalist Activities 30%

Coordinate employee onboarding,



induction and exit formalities.

Coordinate training and development activities, including training calendars and training records.

Manage employee attendance, leave records and HR documentation.

Maintain employee personal files and HRMIS.

Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

Maintain working knowledge of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund
(LWF) and applicable labour laws.

Coordinate with statutory consultants for monthly compliance activities.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile

MBA / MPM / MSW / PGDM in Human Resource Management.

38 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition.

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.

Experience in hiring for Construction / Infrastructure / Engineering / PMC industries will be preferred.

Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.

Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and HRMS.

Ability to manage recruitment independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
