Job Overview:

We are hiring a Manager HR & Administration for a leading manufacturing organization at Pithampur (M.P)

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Plant HR operations, Industrial Relations and statutory compliance, preferably from the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations and workforce management.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to applicable labour laws.
- Manage contract labour, contractor coordination and workforce deployment.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance and leave administration.
- Oversee plant administration, transport,



housekeeping and other facility-related activities.
- Coordinate with plant leadership and corporate HR on HR policies and initiatives.
- Lead and manage the HR and Administration team.

Candidate Requirements:

- 710 years of overall HR experience, with major experience in Plant HR.
- Practical exposure to Industrial Relations is essential.
- Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably automobile, pharmaceutical, packaging or engineering.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and contractor management.
- Experience in handling both on-roll and contractual employees.
- Good communication, stakeholder management and team-handling skills.

Location & Working Conditions:

- Work location: Pithampur
- 6 days working from the office.
- Company-provided cab facility.
- Accommodation facility is not available.
