Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of multiple retail outlets, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and logistics to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all outlets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in managing QSR/restaurant/cafe chains or similar industries.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple locations simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of retail outlets, restaurant management principles, inventory control systems.
