5+ years of experience in J2EE-based production support and engineering operations, following Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure application reliability and availability.
Responsibilities
- Robust proficiency in Java, J2EE, cloud services, and containerization technologies, with experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with incident management, application monitoring, observability, and performance optimization using tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
- Experience in automation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, runbook creation, and conducting blameless postmortems to improve system reliability.
- Good knowledge of integration technologies, DevOps practices, and SQL,
with the ability to build scalable and responsive applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to work US business shifts (5:00 PM-2:00 AM IST / 7:00 PM-4:00 AM IST) and provide 24x7 on-call support for agent-facing applications.
