Role & responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are launching medical and nursing training simulators in India and seek an experienced healthcare educator to demonstrate products, deliver practical training and engage with medical colleges, nursing institutions and hospitals across South India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Demonstrate medical simulators and explain features, clinical applications and educational benefits.
- Conduct hands-on training, workshops and faculty orientation for medical and nursing students.
- Support institutional presentations, product evaluations and the sales team.
- Develop demonstration protocols, training materials and practical training scenarios.
- Coordinate manufacturer-led product training and share customer feedback for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- MBBS / MD / MS or B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing; minimum 5 years in clinical teaching, medical education or simulation-based training.
- Retired medical/nursing college professors,



principals and lecturers are encouraged to apply.
- Clinical Skills Lab Trainers and Simulation Lab Coordinators are also welcome.
- Strong presentation skills; exposure to mannequins, skills labs or OSCE training is advantageous.

LANGUAGE & TRAVEL

- English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of at least one regional languageTamil, Kannada, Malayalam or Teluguis preferred; multilingual candidates have an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh and independently deliver demonstrations and training.

COMPENSATION & APPLICATION

Remuneration based on qualifications and experience. Flexible consultancy or part time engagement available for retired professionals. Applicants may share their CV, teaching/training experience and languages known with the recruitment team.
