Role & responsibilities :

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor extrusion machines used for polymer and plastic processing.
- Handle raw materials such as ABS, SAN and other polymer resins.
- Perform material mixing, weighing, blending and feeding as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, RPM and output.
- Ensure proper machine settings and smooth extrusion operations.
- Monitor product quality, dimensions and appearance during production.
- Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting.
- Follow production plans, SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records, shift reports and material consumption details.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in extrusion machine operations.
- Knowledge of polymer processing and plastic materials.
- Understanding of temperature, pressure and RPM settings.
- Experience in material mixing, feeding and handling.
- Knowledge of production quality and safety standards.
