Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Senior Quality Executive to manage and resolve technical and non-technical queries from clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely query resolution.

Job Description:

- Handle technical and non-technical queries from clients and internal teams.

- Coordinate with Testing, QA/QC, Operations, and Registration teams for effective query resolution.

- Address queries related to testing feasibility, parameters, test reports, and minor report revisions.

- Provide accurate and timely responses to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Track pending queries and ensure timely follow-up and closure.





- Escalate complex or critical queries to the appropriate team for resolution.

- Maintain proper records and documentation of queries and their resolutions.

- Ensure effective coordination and communication across relevant departments.

Requirements:

* 5-6 years of relevant experience in Wet chemistry.

* Strong technical knowledge, preferably in the testing/laboratory industry.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Strong problem-solving and query-resolution abilities.

* Good stakeholder and client-handling skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
