- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and architecture teams.
- Ability to manage delivery priorities, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Understanding or experience with AI, automation, conversational AI, or emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience delivering AI-enabled products or GenAI solutions.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, conversational AI, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks and success metrics for AI products.
- Experience managing AI products from discovery through production rollout and adoption.
- Exposure to regulated environments, particularly financial services, banking, lending, mortgages, or homes-related products, would be advantageous where relevant to the business.
