Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and result-oriented sales professionals for the WP Sales team at upGrad. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable learning programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements, career goals, and learning expectations.
- Explain upGrad's programs, course structures, fees, and career benefits.
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and drive conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM.
- Ensure a positive learner experience throughout the admission process.




- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales workplace.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, education sales, or counselling will be an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable with calling and sales targets are preferred.
