We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Leader to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, with accountability for productivity, quality, cost competitiveness, contribution margins and manufacturing transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Control: Optimise production schedules, capacity utilisation, productivity and on-time delivery.
- Quality Management: Strengthen quality systems, minimise defects and drive continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing Engineering: Improve manufacturing processes through tooling, automation, Lean practices and cycle-time reduction.
- New Product Introduction: Lead process development, industrialisation and commercial production readiness.
- Plant Maintenance: Drive TPM, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and OEE improvement.
- Contribution Margin Improvement: Enhance profitability through cost optimisation, material yield improvement and waste reduction.
- Sustainability & EHS: Champion energy efficiency, workplace safety and sustainable manufacturing.
- People Development: Build technical competencies,



leadership capabilities and high-performing teams.
- Customer Complaint Management: Drive root-cause analysis, CAPA and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Industry 4.0: Lead digital manufacturing, automation, IIoT and smart manufacturing initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 1820 years in mechanical engineering, automotive components or light engineering manufacturing.
- Leadership: Minimum four years heading manufacturing or plant operations with end-to-end operational accountability.
- Transformation: Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing transformation projects with measurable improvements in productivity, quality and cost.
- Technical Expertise: Solid exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, automation and Industry 4.0.
- Leadership Attributes: Strategic thinking, execution excellence, commercial acumen and people management.
