Our reputed Client is hiring for the Finance Operations & Controlling role:

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO (5 days)

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

NOTE: It is a 6 months of contractual and 3d party payroll (Extendable on good performance).

Experience Required

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, and Controlling.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter
- Experience working with a Private Limited Company or MNC environment preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations

- Overview of accounting of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
- Ensuring accuracy of accounting entries in ERP systems.
- Support statutory audits and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income tax and other statutory requirements.

Financial Closing & Reporting

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Preparation of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and prepayments.
- Review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.




- Assist in preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Controlling Activities

- Monitoring and controlling departmental costs and operating expenses.
- Variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actuals.
- Cost center management and expense allocation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support implementation and adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Valuable understanding of statutory and tax compliances.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during month-end close
