Key Responsibilities

Internal and external engagements:

- Proactively research and map relevant analysts against Comvivas portfolio, drive the outreach program, and support new analyst activation in alignment with company goals.

- Identify opportunities for participation in industry reports and assessments, both global and region-specific, and help internal teams prepare for top report placements. Drive Comviva mentions across analyst firms.

- Track competitor coverage on a regular basis and feed market intelligence back to stakeholders.

- Manage the briefings, events and inquiry pipeline with internal SMEs and stakeholders, maintaining a regular cadence, dashboards and touchpoints across a defined set of analyst firms.

- Drive spokesperson readiness: build the narrative, prepare spokespeople with relevant background and content, and circulate follow-ups and commitments.

Research and enablement:

- Manage vendor evaluation RFI, survery, and questionnaire submissions end to end: tracking timelines, gathering inputs from product and delivery teams, drafting responses, coordinating meetings, customer references, and managing fact-check and vendor-review cycles.

- Run post-evaluation debriefs and document what to improve for the next cycle.

- Distil analyst research into concise internal briefs for product, marketing and sales leadership.

Program management

- Maintain the AR calendar, engagement tracker and contact database.

- Report on programme metrics: engagement volume, coverage, mentions, evaluation placement and sentiment movement.

- Maintain the content repository: briefing decks, inquiry feedback, FAQs, messaging documents, analyst profiles and supporting material.

Marketing

- Own internal communication and external marketing of Comvivas analyst recognitions.





- Drive analyst quotes, create and drive internal newsletters, dashboards, and work with marketing teams on reprints and marketing ideas, and drive the peer review programme (for example, Gartner Peer Insights, and any other equivalent).

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in analyst relations, PR, corporate communications or product marketing with AR exposure; at least 2 years of direct AR exposure is preferred.

- Rigour, proactiveness and the ability to run multiple projects with multiple stakeholders to deadline, keeping processes on track, with consultative, collaborative approach and high levels of ownership.

- Robust command of Excel and PowerPoint for program tracking and presentations.

- Strong written communication: you can take technical input and turn it into a well-structured response under a deadline.

- Drive to own multiple projects and create business impact.

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, and a go-getter who is comfortable pursuing deadlines and stakeholders, and managing several submissions, briefings, inquiries and events in parallel.

Preferred Skills

- Direct experience with at least one major evaluation cycle (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, PEAK Matrix or equivalent).

- Experience planning and organising analyst days, roadshows and round tables, including coordination with agencies across geographies.

- Exposure to B2B technology - SaaS, IT services or products. Familiarity with telecom, retail, financial institutions, and enterprises is an added advantage.
