The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching emerging AI technologies, experimenting with advanced models, developing proof-of-concept solutions, and building intelligent applications that can be integrated into real-world products and business workflows. This role requires a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Python programming, along with a passion for research, experimentation, and continuous technological exploration.

Responsibilities

- AI Research Technology Exploration
- Research emerging developments, frameworks, models, and technologies in Artificial Intelligence.
- Explore advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Evaluate new AI tools, platforms, APIs, and open-source models.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to existing products and business challenges.
- Conduct technical research and feasibility assessments for proposed AI solutions.

- AI Development Experimentation

- Develop and experiment with AI and Machine Learning models.
- Build prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for innovative AI applications.
- Experiment with different LLMs, model architectures, and prompting techniques.
- Develop AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Test, evaluate, and optimise model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Generative AI LLM Development





- Explore and implement applications using Generative AI and LLMs.
- Work with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
- Experiment with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other relevant AI development tools.
- Integrate AI models through APIs and develop intelligent workflows.
- Explore multi-agent systems and autonomous AI applications.

- Research-Based Solution Development

- Convert research findings into functional prototypes and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Explore AI-driven approaches for process automation, data analysis, and intelligent decision-making.
- Maintain technical documentation covering experiments, findings, and implementation approaches.
- Continuously improve existing AI solutions based on research and performance evaluation.

- Collaboration Innovation

- Work closely with developers, product teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Present research findings, technical recommendations, and experimental results.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM integrations.
- Understanding of REST APIs and model integration.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and data processing techniques.
- Basic understanding of databases and data handling.
- Strong analytical thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
