Key Responsibiliti

- Train students in Banking, BFSI, Finance, and Accounts.
- Explain practical concepts using real-world examples and case studies.
- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions.
- Develop students' technical, communication, employability, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct practical activities, role plays, discussions, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and help them become job-ready.
- Prepare students for interviews, placements,



and BFSI/Accounts job opportunities.
- Maintain basic training records and provide feedback on student progress.
- Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of BFSI / Banking / Finance / Accounts.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to train and mentor students.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Accounts, or any relevant stream.
- Relevant industry experience in BFSI, Banking, Finance, or Accounts.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professionals with strong domain knowledge who are willing to transition into training are welcome
