Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Government Regulatory Liaisoning
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with:
- Invest Punjab
- District Industries Centre (DIC)
- Punjab State Pollution Control Board
- GMADA / PSIEC
- Municipal Corporation
2. Ensure timely approvals, registrations, licenses, and statutory compliances.

- Financial Institutions Coordination

- Liaise with Banks and PFIs for:
- Loan processing, documentation, and disbursement
- Compliance with financial covenants
- Timely submission of required reports and documents

- Legal Court Matters

- Coordinate with legal advisors and represent the company in court-related matters
- Track case status, filings, and ensure timely follow-ups

- Fiscal Incentives Management (Primary KRA)

- Drive end-to-end process for identification, application, and finalization of fiscal incentives/subsidies
- Work closely under CFO supervision to:
- Interpret applicable state/central policies
- Prepare and submit claims/documentation
- Follow up with authorities for approvals and disbursement

- Ensure maximum benefit realization within policy framework

- Documentation Compliance

- Maintain updated records of all approvals, licenses, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as a single point of contact between the company and external authorities
- Build strong professional relationships to facilitate smooth operations

- Reporting MIS

- Provide periodic updates to CFO on:
- Status of approvals and incentives
- Risks, delays, and action plans

- Maintain MIS for tracking all Liaisoning activities





- Company Secretarial Corporate Compliance

- Manage incorporation, restructuring, and closure of companies, LLPs, and other business entities.
- Prepare notices, agendas, board notes, minutes, and resolutions for:
- Board Meetings
- Committee Meetings
- Shareholders Meetings

- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act and Secretarial Standards.
- File all statutory forms, returns, and documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain all statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
- Ensure compliance with:

- FEMA regulations
- RBI reporting requirements
- Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) compliances
- Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) compliances
- External Commercial Borrowings (ECB), wherever applicable

- Prepare and file all RBI/FEMA-related forms and returns, including but not limited to:

- FC-GPR
- FC-TRS
- ODI filings
- Annual Performance Report (APR)
- Any other RBI reporting as applicable

- Prepare and file the Annual Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) Return with RBI.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and advise management on compliance requirements.

Qualifications Experience

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or CS Qualified Programme qualified (membership preferred).
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) is mandatory.
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in Company Secretarial and Corporate Compliance functions.
