Store Manager – Makeover Fashions

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail apparel as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Fashion Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Train and supervise staff on customer service, product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques.
- Monitor daily sales performance and guide staff to achieve targets.
- Handle cash management, billing, sales accounts, invoices, challans, and vouchers.
- Manage stock inward/outward, inventory, barcodes, tagging, and stock indenting.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and change mannequin displays on alternate days.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly reports to Head Office on time.
- Maintain fixed assets and coordinate with the audit team during stock verification.
- Resolve minor customer and staff-related issues at the store level.
