About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth, convert leads, and build solid relationships with clients. If you are a confident communicator who loves closing deals, negotiating effectively, and taking ownership of sales targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on potential leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Client Consultation: Understand customer requirements thoroughly and present tailored product/service solutions to win their confidence.
- Deal Closing: From following to closing the deal .
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated record of sales leads, conversion status, and client feedback in MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Relationship Building:



Build and maintain excellent rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, retail sales, or business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- basic proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping for lead management.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to handle daily sales targets.
- High confidence level with a strong customer-centric attitude.
