Team Leader
· Department: Operations

· Responsibilities:
· Shift Management: Assign daily tasks, monitor live queues, and manage shift coverage to hit performance targets.
· Team Support & Coaching: Assist with onboarding current hires, answer floor queries, and coach team members on process quality.
· Escalations: Handle second-level escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
· Reporting: Track daily KPIs and generate routine productivity reports for management.
· Leadership Cover: Step in as acting Team Leader during meetings or absences.
· Age : 25-30
· Pay Structure : 25- 30 CTC
· Location : Ghansoli (MBP), Navi Mumbai .
