About the Role

We are hiring Barista & Bakery Associates who can contribute across coffee preparation, cookie baking, customer service, and everyday café operations.

This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position where you'll learn to manage different aspects of running a modern cookie and coffee outlet.

We're looking for individuals with experience in coffee preparation, baking, or café operations who are excited to learn additional skills and grow with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

- Prepare hot and cold coffee, espresso-based drinks, shakes, and other beverages according to standardised recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain consistency in beverage taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Learn and execute new beverage recipes introduced by the brand.

Baking & Product Preparation

- Prepare and bake cookies and other bakery products following ButterHands' standard recipes and procedures.
- Operate ovens and baking equipment while maintaining appropriate baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
- Support ingredient preparation, portioning, product assembly, and bakery inventory management.
- Ensure consistency in product freshness, appearance, and presentation.

Customer Service & Outlet Operations

- Welcome customers,



assist with orders, and provide product recommendations.
- Operate POS systems, manage billing, and handle customer transactions.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Hygiene, Cleanliness & Quality

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across food preparation stations, coffee equipment, ovens, counters, and customer areas.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, sanitisation, and proper ingredient-storage procedures.
- Complete daily cleaning and equipment-maintenance checklists.
- Maintain an organised, safe, and service-ready outlet throughout each shift.
- Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in a café, bakery, coffee shop, QSR, or similar F&B; environment is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of coffee preparation, baking, or both is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in both beverage preparation and bakery operations.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and working rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Freshers with relevant training, practical skills, or a strong interest in coffee and baking are welcome to apply.
