Job Responsibilities - Maintenance Electrician

1. Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
2. Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in production machines, motors, panels, and utility systems.
3. Install, maintain, and repair motors, starters, control panels, MCC panels, distribution boards, transformers, and electrical wiring.
4. Handle PLC-controlled machines, industrial automation systems, and electrical circuit troubleshooting.
5. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams,



and single-line diagrams.
6. Conduct electrical inspections, monitor equipment performance, and ensure reliability.
7. Implement RCA, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize breakdowns.
8. Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams, manpower, and maintenance activities.
9. Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, PPE compliance, 5S, and statutory safety requirements.
10. Coordinate with production and vendors, manage spare parts, and drive TPM, Kaizen, and energy-saving initiatives.
