7. Support the team in vehicle demonstrations, test drives and negotiations.
8. Monitor competitors, market trends and local business opportunities.
9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
10. Ensure proper coordination with finance, insurance, accessories and delivery teams.
11. Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
12. Handle customer escalations and resolve sales-related concerns professionally.
