We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Business Development Executive to engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, qualify business opportunities, and coordinate sales meetings and software demonstrations.

The role involves working with leads generated through various channels, following up with prospects, and supporting business development for AI solutions, web/software development services, and software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements, identify business needs, and qualify leads.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture opportunities, and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the technical or sales team.
- Arrange and conduct software product demonstrations or coordinate demos with relevant team members.
- Maintain lead details, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Support digital marketing activities and generate additional leads through LinkedIn,



email campaigns, and other online channels.
- Assist in promoting AI solutions, software development services, and software products.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or customer engagement. Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with prospects.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
- Interest in AI, software, and technology products.
