Career Korner is hiring Recruitment Executives to support international clients and recruitment partners. You’ll speak with applicants, review CVs, assess candidates against role requirements, and help decide who moves to the next interview stage.

Schedule and fixed monthly pay

• Part-time (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday) – ₹35,000 per month.

• Full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) – ₹70,000 per month.

• Work from home. Applications are open to candidates in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

What you’ll do

• Call applicants to confirm their interest, availability, and relevant experience.

• Review CVs and shortlist candidates against the requirements for each role.

• Conduct structured first-round phone interviews or coordinate the next interview with the hiring team.

• Record clear interview notes and follow up with candidates on next steps.

What we’re looking for

• Clear spoken English, strong listening skills, and confidence on the phone.

• Experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, or international voice support is preferred.

• A laptop or desktop, reliable internet, and a quiet place to take calls.
