Job Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Customer Handling

Make daily outgoing calls to existing and potential customers.

Follow up with contractors, dealers, retailers and customers.

Inform customers about new products, offers and pricing.

Generate new sales enquiries and maintain customer relationships.

Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.

2. Store & Sales Support

Assist in daily store operations and customer handling.

Help with packing, arranging and dispatching materials.

Check stock availability and assist with inventory management.

Support billing and order processing.

Keep the store and product display clean and organised.

Coordinate with sales staff for timely order delivery.

Required Skills

Valuable communication skills in Hindi.

Basic English knowledge preferred.

Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

Friendly, confident and customer-oriented attitude.

Honest, punctual and responsible.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales or store work will be an advantage.
