1. Operate the Laser Cutting Machine for cutting stainless-steel sheets/coils into circular blanks as per production requirements.
2. Set up the machine and load the required cutting programs based on product specifications.
3. Read and understand technical drawings, cutting layouts, and dimensions.
4. Ensure the correct selection of material thickness, grade, and cutting parameters.
5. Monitor the cutting process and ensure proper cutting quality and dimensional accuracy.
6. Check the finished circular blanks for size, shape, edge quality, and defects.
7. Minimize material wastage and ensure optimum utilization of stainless-steel coils/sheets.
8. Identify and report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, and technical issues to the concerned supervisor or maintenance team.
9. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
10. Maintain production records, material consumption details, and rejection reports.
11. Follow safety procedures while handling stainless-steel materials and operating the laser cutting machine.
12. Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
13. Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
