Job Description –
Commi 1 (Continental)
Salary : 25000-27000
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Handle daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in menu preparation and kitchen activities.
- Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs.
- Guide and support junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Solid teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
