Job Description

Glocot Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, streamline communication, and strengthen long-term business associations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple clients and internal processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
2. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues promptly.
3. Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
4. Regularly follow up with customers regarding orders, pending payments, repeat requirements, and new business opportunities.
5. Monitor customer orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
6. Identify opportunities for customer retention, repeat business,



and account growth.
7. Ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
8. Develop systematic processes to improve customer experience and overall relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications

- Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA in marketing, sales, HR or management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in manufacturing or B2B industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a solid sense of ownership and accountability.
