Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and invite them to visit the branch office.

Explain various financial products to customers during their office visit.

Provide basic information about Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products.

Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable products.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate conversions and achieve business targets.
